We are an agent for major electric motor manufacturers in the US who are interested in doing OEM business with China.
We have the following inquuiry:
Stepper Motor Electro/Mechanical specifications:
1. Maximum physical dimensions are shown above. Final dimensions can be smaller.
2. Design parameters are only suggestive and not intended to be hard requirements. System design will be adapted to final motor design.
3. Unipolar or bipolar 3V to 12V operation at or below 40mA.
4. Gearhead with approximately 0. 5/step.
5. 800 g/cm torque minimum. Holding torque N/A.
6. Motor to operate from 0-180 and back within about 0.5 second or about 720 pps (pulses per second).
7. Gear type: Not specified.
8. Moisture protection: IP54 minimum. IP56 preferred.
Generator Electro/Mechanical specifications:
1. Maximum physical dimensions are shown above. Final dimensions can be smaller.
2. Design parameters are only suggestive and not intended to be hard requirements. System design will be adapted to final motor design.
3. Output 16VDC to 24VDC & 80mA derived from water flowing through custom turbine with a minimum flow rate of 0.5 gpm (gallons per minuet) at 25 psi (pounds per square inch) at approximately 60 rpm to 120 rpm.
4. Gearhead with about a 10: 1 ratio if necessary: Based upon design.
5. Lowest possible torque and magnetic cogging to prevent loading of turbine.
6. Gear type: Not specified.
7. Moisture protection: IP54 minimum. IP56 preferred.
