Brief Introduction :
Model ZG-1 capping machine is suitable for sealing of mould antibiotic bottles and bottles made from tube for 2ml-100ml.It can completes some procedures such as bottle feeding.Cap-putting,cap-clamping and bottle out-feeding.Both advanced reliable adjustable-speed motor and high accuracy indexing mechanism with cam dividing are adopted by this machine.It is supplied with a centrifugal sealing device with three tools,which features compact structure.Stable functions and facile maintenance and is ideal sealing device. Working Principle :
After bottling,the bottles are fed into the rotary disk and in to the position tray which rotate intermittently,and then positioned on the stations of cap-putting and cap-clamping.Cap-arranging of aluminum caps is completed by oscillating feeder.Cap-putting of aluminum caps is completed by the guide.After cap-putting station by three centrifugal tools,then bottles are fed to the out-feed tray by a out-feed device.
