1. It can produce protective-leakage sanitary napkin (ultra-thin, cotton core, three-piece type), in fast-easy packaging.
2. It adopts web wheel to lay down cotton fluff, SAP power can be adjustable, cotton core is molding in package type.
3. Material of protect- leakage and three-piece style is molding on the machine with also hitting dot on short-cut guide-flow cloth.
4. It can be equipped with the teeth-like crusher. As per request, equip with stackerthe equipments for producing silk-thin type sanitary napkin.
5. Driving system consists of gearwheel box, universal shaft coupling and synchronous belt. Arrange phase without stopping machine. Gear wheel box uses the screwed gear wheel.
6. The cutting tool bearings and conveyer belt are international brands.
