Purpose:
The machine is mainly applied to electric power, metallurgy, oil chemical industry, paper making, ships, and other various industries. It can conduct on-line treatments including vacuum degassing, dewatering and purifying for unqualified turbine oil for hydraulic turbine, gas turbine, steam turbine and so on. It is also applicable for on-line purifying treatment for lowly viscous lubricating oil or refrigerator oil.
Technical Characteristics:
1) The machine uses technologies of high-efficiency fluid flash evaporation and gamma electronic oil purification and methods of gravity sedimentation, agglomerating separation and demulsification which can remove rapidly the moisture, gas and particle impurities to make sure no acetylene in the oil. It can also remove the organic and inorganic acid contained in the oil rapidly, improve oil quality and resume the original characteristics of the turbine oil.
2) The machine uses West Germanys special magnetic filtering materials and sbsorption and filtration system. It can remove rapidly all kinds of impurities, improve filtering precision, extend service life as well as make the system of automatic back-washing filtration applicable.
3) The machine adopts German advanced trinity protection device, automatic infrared liquid level control and automatic oil temperature control to ensure safe and stable operations.
4) The machine adopts trinity protection device and has functions of automatic infrared liquid level control and automatic temperature control. It is safe, reliable and flexible for moving with compact structure; it can be operated in any circumstances.
