Purposes:
It is mainly used for oil channel mechanical equipment or oil piping system using phosphase fire-resisitant oil. It can rapidly remove moisture, gas and particle impurities contained in the oil.
Technical Characteristics:
1) The equipment adopts advanced technologies of high-efficiency fluid flash evaporation and gamma electronic oil purification, and can quickly remove water, gas and particle impurifies from the oil by physical means of low-temperature, precipitation, leaching, separation of oil and water, and vacuum separation, Meanwhile, it can also do depickling, demulsification and defoaming purification to the oil quickly.
2) The equipment adopts the latest polymer adsorption & desorption regenerating material of West Germany, and can effectively adsorb colloid substance in the oil, decrease acid in the oil avoid the generation of new acid, so as to bring down the operating cost.
3) The equioment is made from stainless steel, and special sompound airproof material of West Germany, so as to ensure that the materials fit for phosphate fire-resistant oil and aviod leaking or erosion.
4) The equipment adopts trinity German chain protective devices, and infrared liquid level control and automatic oil temperature control system. Beside, it has a protective device which enables the equipment to come to a halt upon overpressure, thus achieving an automatic operation.
5) The equipment has a compact from and can be moved conveniently. Meanwhile, it has trinity chain protective devices; automatic infrared liquid level and automatic temperature control function, so it is safe and reliable, and can be operated in any environment.
