Purposes:
It is mainly used for welding fume purification on occasions of welding robot, special welding machine, welding station, polishing and processing, in industries such as welding, incising, polishing, spray finishing, casting, chemical, timber processing, tobacco, pottery and paper making.
Technical Characteristics:
1) The equipment adopts a way of vacuum dust suction. It has a high pressure head and slim aspiration channel, so that inlet scoop can easily get close to the source of the fume, and absorb the fume simultaneously with the welding. For gas shielded welding we can use inspiratory welding torch. (Inspiratory welding torch combines inspiratory suction nozzle and welding torch arm together, so that inlet scoop is only a couple of centimeters away from the fume source. Therefore, inspiratory effect is fairly good, and harmful gas will be far away from breathing area.)
2) When inspiratory welding torch is moved, suction nozzle will move with it. For some comprehensive structure and in some narrow and stuffy welding places, its dust suction way and dust cleaning effect is irreplaceable.
3) The equipment has a master suction nozzle, which not only applies to common welding torch, but also can be used for automatic welding machines, such as girth welding machine, and manipulator. Besides, it can be matched with draft hood with magnet base to remove dust from manual electrode welding.
4) Dust abatement efficiency of the equipment is as high as 99%. It has a large air flow rate, low noise and good inspiratory effect. It can be operated easily, and maintained conveniently. Whats more, it has a built-in noise damping device.
The Mechanism Of The Purifier:
The dust gas comes to the main body of the machine through dust catcher and inspiratory arm and hits a fair water fin at the entrance. It is then slowed down and the direction is changed, forming a falling airflow. Big dust particles and sparkles fall into dust collector, so as to avoid the direct hit to filter element. Dust particles are separated by the filter element, and attach to it. Then clean air (after filtering), can be directly emitted from the bottom of the machine to the workshop.
