Purposes:
The machine is mainly applied to electric power, metallurgy, oil, chemical industry, mine, machinery, ships, railway, aviation and other various industries. It can conduct vacuum degassing & dewatering purification treatments for unqualified hydraulic oil, gear oil, refrigerator oil, vacuum pump oil, compressor oil, internal combustion engine oil and heat treatment oil.
Technical Characteristics:
1) The machine uses technologies of high-efficiengcy fluid flash evaporation and gamma electonic oil purification. It can remove rapidly the moisture, scrap iron, micro-powder, particle impurities and light hydrocarbons to achieve the state of gas-liquid-solid separation. It can also remove the organic and inorganic acid contained in the oil rapidly, improve oil quality and resume the original characteristics of the lubricating oil.
2) The machine uses West Germanys special polymer filtering materials and filter elements, adds multi-level filter system and automatic back-washing filter system which can improve filtering precision, increase the filtering areas and resume the original indexes of the polluted lubricating oil.
3) The machine adopts German advanced trinity protection device, automatic infrared liquid level control and automatic oil temperature control to ensure safe and stable operations.
4) The machine uses special polymer filtering materials for decolorizing and decarburization adsorbing which can efficiently remove the uncombined carbon and decolorize to resume oils original color and characteristics.
5) The machine adopts trinity protection device and has functions of automatic infrared liquid level control and automatic temperature control. It is safe, reliable and flexible for moving with compact structure; it can be operated in any circumstances.
