We have built up over ten lines at the YUMEN petroleum Bureau, ZHUNDONG oil field KARAMRY oil field, DAQING oil field and DONGYING oil field since 1992. The produced insulating Pipe is widely used in transportation of petroleum and natural gas,city heating system ,drainage system in building and heat preservation system of central air-conditioner.It also applied to industrial heat insulation and preservation in working temperature scope of -50℃~110℃ for its series of excellent features,such as good heat insulation ,low realative density,low water avsorptivity,water tolerance,corrosion resistance,resistance to cold and fire resistance etc. It is made up of extruder,extruding mold ,cooling section,positioner,regulating device,pusher,steel pipe carrier,pipe rack,foaming machine and automatic constant temperature controller.

Multi-channel procedures such as extruding pipe, steel pipe feeding, cooling pipe and fixing shape, foaming and shaping, are finished synchronously, which raises the working efficiency.

Buried Thermal-Twist Insulating Pipe Making Machine
It adopts two-step-method to produce the insulating pipe, it twists the PE belt to the prepared PU and steel pipe. Through the traction of the active roadster and driven roadster, it produces the insulating pipe. The pipes are widely used in the transportation of petroleum and natural gas. The set is mainly used for petroleum and natural gas transportation pipeline. It is also used in transportation the hot or cool water in the heat supply system and in the temperature preservation in central air conditioning system. In hotel it is made up of the main twist extruder, automatic constant temperature controlling system and the twist roadster etc.
