The principal of work Impact Crusher the ore enter from the feed, and slide down along the sieve plate, the ore on the sieve in the fall are smashed by hard alloy hammer of the high-speed rotating rotor and fly toward the first impact plate in a very high speed along the tangential direction, make the minerals continue to be broken .The impact plate hit the ore back and collide with other ores thrown by the back of motor again .so the ore in the first crushing chamber were smashed for repeated shocks. Some of ore in the first crushing chamber are crushed to a certain size, are discharged the second crushing chamber through the gap between the impact plate and the rotor and will continue to be repeated strikes, until reach the smaller particle size ,and discharge from the open of discharge-ore on the bottom row of the crusher.
